Refunds for digital ebooks
Because our ebooks are delivered instantly as downloadable files, we can't take them back the way a shop takes back a physical item. But we always want you to be happy with your purchase.
We'll refund or fix it if:
- Your download link doesn't work and we can't fix it for you.
- The file is damaged or won't open.
- You received the wrong ebook.
- You accidentally bought the same ebook twice.
How to ask for help
Email support@shoppawpocket.com within 30 days of your purchase, with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within 1–2 business days.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
