Refunds for digital ebooks

All Lost Lantern products are digital PDF ebooks, delivered instantly after purchase. Because downloads can't be returned, all sales are final, except in the cases below.

We'll refund or fix it if: your download link doesn't work and we can't fix it for you; the file is damaged or won't open; you received the wrong ebook; or you accidentally bought the same ebook twice.

How to ask for help: email support@shoppawpocket.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within 1-2 business days.

Refund timing: approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
